• High Material Quality: In the production of our lockers, we use high-standard cold-rolled (DKP) steel sheets with a minimum thickness of 0.70 mm (6112 A-1 quality). This ensures our lockers exhibit maximum resistance against impacts, heavy daily usage, and bending.
• Advanced Coating Technology: After undergoing surface cleaning (iron-phosphate coating) processes, our products are coated with electrostatic powder paint in ovens at a temperature of 200°C. The paints used are antibacterial and completely suitable for human health, providing superior protection against moisture, rust, and scratches.
• Safe Door Design: Our doors are manufactured with a concealed hinge system. Thanks to their special triple-bend design, they contain no sharp edges, preventing hand cuts and fully meeting Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards. The doors feature ventilation louvers and user nameplates/label holders.
• Advanced Locking Mechanisms: Our lockers, which are manufactured with a padlock-ready mechanism as standard, can also be integrated with combination locks, standard keyed cam locks, pentagon-handled locks, and master key options according to your project requirements.
• Ground Protection: The bottom of the lockers features 10 cm high conical sheet metal legs with plastic bottom protectors to prevent them from being affected by damp floors.
