• Reinforced Steel Profile Chassis: The main load-bearing posts and frame infrastructure of our bunk beds are manufactured from high-capacity, thick-walled steel profiles with enhanced strength. It prevents breaking, bending, or flexing over time under heavy loads.

• Wobble-Free and Noiseless Interlocking System: Specialized interlocking connection systems and precision welding craftsmanship are applied at the joint points of the tiers. This completely eliminates wobbling, squeaking, and noise issues commonly experienced in standard bunk beds.

• Safety Guardrails and Ladder Compliant with OHS: To maximize upper-tier user safety, robust steel safety guardrails that prevent falls are integrated into the system. The ergonomic stepped ladder configuration facilitates climbing without causing discomfort to feet.

• 0.70 mm DKP Steel Base Options: High-strength steel pipe support rails or durable plates manufactured from a minimum thickness of 0.70 mm (6112 A-1 quality) cold-rolled DKP steel sheet are used on the under-mattress platforms. This prevents the mattress from sagging and extends its lifespan.

• Antibacterial and Scratch-Resistant Oven Paint: Following surface cleaning, our products are finished with electrostatic powder paint at 200°C. Providing hygiene in communal living spaces, the antibacterial paint structure offers superior protection against rust caused by moisture/sweat and external impacts.
