Steel Shelving and Industrial Warehouse Rack Systems Production

As Mismetal, with over 30 years of industrial manufacturing experience and our modern sheet metal processing machinery park, we manufacture high load-capacity and modular steel shelving and warehouse rack systems for logistics warehouses, factories, institutional archives, banks, hospitals, notaries, and offices. Ensuring that heavy files, boxes, and industrial loads are stacked safely while maximizing space utilization efficiency, we guarantee the quality of our shelving solutions under international standards such as TSE, TSE-HYB, ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001:2015.

Technical Specifications of Mismetal Steel Shelving Systems

Serving continuously for years without any flexing or sagging under tons of static weight loads, our steel shelving systems deliver premium engineering solutions:

  • High Load Capacity Steel Architecture: We use high-standard cold-rolled (DKP) steel sheets with a minimum thickness of 0.70 mm (6112 A-1 quality) for both the upright L-profiles and shelf panels. It displays maximum resistance against bending and collapsing under the static loads of heavy archive folder sorter rows or industrial materials.

  • Special Reinforced Shelf Design (Anti-Flexing Infrastructure): Thanks to the specialized steel reinforcement bends (spot-welded omega profiles) integrated underneath our shelf plates, the weight load capacity of the shelves has been multi-folded. By ensuring that the weight is distributed homogeneously across the shelf surface, it completely eliminates sagging over time.

  • Modular and Adjustable Functional Layout: Our classic bolted archive shelving and boltless (interlocking) light/medium duty warehouse racks can be customized based on the height of the materials to be stored. Featuring a precise hole axis pattern on the upright profiles, you can modify shelf clearance intervals within seconds, benefiting maximum vertical capacity from your ceiling height.

  • Antibacterial and Scratch-Resistant Oven Paint: Following chemical surface cleaning (phosphating), our products are finished with electrostatic powder paint at 200°C. Providing protection against ambient humidity in archives and heavy frictions/impacts in warehouses, this antibacterial coating protects your files and goods against mold, rust, and corrosion.
