• High-Strength Steel Body: We use high-standard cold-rolled (DKP) steel sheets with a minimum thickness of 0.70 mm (6112 A-1 quality) for the chassis and drawer mechanisms. This provides maximum resistance against bending and sagging under heavy card loads.

• Smooth Movement with Telescopic Slides: Integrated with a heavy-duty telescopic slide infrastructure that ensures smooth, silent, and jam-free operation even when the drawers are fully loaded. This allows drawers to extend fully, providing easy access to the cards at the very back.

• Central Locking System: Featuring a single high-security central lock mechanism located on the top drawer, all drawers can be locked simultaneously. This system fully secures confidential patient records, personnel forms, and critical files.

• Advanced Oven Paint Technology: Following surface cleaning, our products are finished with electrostatic powder paint at 200°C. This antibacterial coating helps prevent scratches, rust, and surface wear caused by continuous manual handling in hospital and laboratory environments.

• Modular Drawer Options: Various models with different drawer configurations (2, 3, 4 drawers, etc.) are available according to your archiving needs, featuring functional interiors customizable to card sizes.
