Demanding high-level engineering due to wide surface areas and heavy paper loads, our horizontal archive units deliver long-lasting usage standards:

• Reinforced Steel Chassis and Drawer Infrastructure: To prevent wide drawer volumes from flexing under static load, a minimum thickness of 0.70 mm (6112 A-1 quality) cold-rolled (DKP) steel sheet is utilized in body and drawer manufacturing. Drawer bottoms reinforced with specialized bending technology completely eliminate sagging and deformation.

• Heavy-Duty Telescopic Slide System: Integrated with a ball-bearing, heavy-duty telescopic slide infrastructure that ensures smooth, silent, and jam-free operation even when fully loaded with massive projects. The full extension capability of the drawers allows easy access to documents at the very back without damaging the edges of the projects.

• Anti-Curling Retainer Mechanism: Special metal pressure bars (weight bars) are located inside the drawers to prevent large maps and blueprints from sliding backward or having their edges curled due to drawer movement.

• Complete Security with Central Locking System: Featuring a single high-security lock mechanism located on the top drawer, all drawers can be locked simultaneously, protecting official maps and confidential plans with a single key.

• Antibacterial Oven-Baked Paint: Following surface cleaning, the steel body is finished with electrostatic powder paint at 200°C, providing maximum protection against scratches, humid archive conditions, and rust.
