Unlike standard products, the sale and production of our compact archive systems are executed based on a space-specific and need-specific project planning model, organized through two distinct approaches:

• Space-Oriented Layout (Location Based): The architectural dimensions of your archive room, warehouse, or basement floor (width, length, height, columns, and beams) are meticulously analyzed by our technical team. A customized layout plan is generated to extract maximum efficiency from every square meter, offering maximum cabinet capacity in minimum spaces.

• Folder & Storage Volume-Oriented Layout (Content Based): The total number of folders you have, the types of documents to be preserved (folders, hanging files, helmets, boxes, etc.), or the physical volume of the items to be stored are taken as the foundation. Based on this data, the most accurate compact system size with ideal shelf clearances is calculated through engineering metrics to accommodate your entire archive flawlessly.

Technical Superiority and System Security

• Premium Steel Quality & Load Bearing: All cabinet units and shelf infrastructures integrated into the system are manufactured from cold-rolled (DKP) steel sheets with a minimum thickness of 0.70 mm (6112 A-1 quality). It bears tons of archive load for a lifetime without any bending or sagging of shelves.

• Flawless Mechanical Movement (Handwheel System): An ergonomic handwheel (steering wheel) and ball-bearing mechanism are utilized to ensure that the cabinets glide on specialized steel rails installed on the floor with minimal effort, operating silently and smoothly.

• Central Security & Locking: The system can be completely closed and locked with a single key via the central locking mechanism located on the rear-most block. This ensures that the entire archive is protected against unauthorized external access.

• Antibacterial Oven-Baked Paint: Following surface cleaning, the steel body is finished with electrostatic powder paint at 200°C. This provides superior protection against moisture, mold, rust, and surface scratches in archive environments.
